Health & Safety Manager

SEDA Talent are recruiting a Health & Safety Manager to join the team at a fast growing FMCG business in Monaghan.
This is a fantastic role where you will join the senior management to ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and promote and ensure a safe system of work across all areas of the business.
If you are an experienced Health & Safety professional within manufacturing then this could be an ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for Health and Safety budget.
- Lead the site Health and Safety program, ensuring legal compliance and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring that all risk assessments and safe systems of work are up to date and relevant to the site operations.
- Ensure the H&S systems on site are maintained.
- Carry out specialist risk assessments such as Manual Handling, CoSHH and DSE to ensure that risks are reduced to meet standards, commercial and legislative requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3yrs H&S Management Experience in Manufacturing
- NEBOSH Qualified or recognised equivalent.
- Strong understanding of NI and ROI Health and safety legislation
- Experience multi-site organisation
