Quality Systems Coordinator
SEDA Talent are recruiting a Quality Systems Coordinator to join the team at a Multi- National FMCG business in Enniskillen. Our client is one of the leading manufacturers in their sector across UK, Ireland and Europe.
The purpose of the role is to drive food safety and quality standards as part of the Technical Excellence agenda. Lead the development of Quality Systems to ensure they meet the needs of the retailer customer and for the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technical excellence at all levels within operations, through a programme of training, coaching and mentoring to enable a high performance against Technical Standards.
- Support the activities that are defined within the Technical strategy, improvement in KPIs and non-conformances root cause analysis.
- Support the development of the Quality Management System and ensure it meets business requirements.
- Ensure the operational team has strong Technical knowledge on GMP, Allergen Control, Quality system procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
- Working knowledge of BRC and industry regulations within food manufacturing
- Ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data.
- Experience in Technical Standards.
- Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills.
