SEDA Talent are recruiting for a Quality Leader to join the team at a Multi- National FMCG business in Enniskillen.
This is a fantastic role where you will drive food safety and quality standards as part of the Technical Excellence agenda. Working closely with the Production Stream to promote a food safety and quality culture. To manage the Quality Technologists at site and develop strong cross-functional relationships.
If you have an FMCG background and enjoy leading from the front in quality and operational excellence (OPEX), this is an ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a culture of food safety within the area of responsibility.
- Develop technical excellence at all levels within operations, through a programme of training, coaching and mentoring to enable a high performance against Technical Standards.
- Train the team on OPEX tools systems and standards and ensure team have the correct resource and capability.
- Collect and analyse data to understand metrics and where improvements can be made.
- To deliver the Quality agenda through the production teams ensuring that the customer gets the best quality product.
The Ideal Candidate
- You will have experience in a FMCG Industry in a quality role.
- Experience in Technical Standards and OPEX tool systems.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
- Ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data.
- Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills.
- Fluency of English language (Oral and Written).
