Your Mission
You’ll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly through proactive maintenance, swift breakdown support, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll work with:
- Mechanical drive systems
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Fault diagnosis, servicing, and adjustments
- SAP-based Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- You’ll also work closely with the Engineering leadership and production teams to help achieve productivity, safety, and quality targets.
What You’ll Bring
- NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Practical experience in manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding (TIG desirable)
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with a safety-first mindset
- Computer literacy and good communication skills
- Bonus: experience in food processing or with automated machinery
