Your Impact
As a Maintenance Electrical Engineer, you’ll keep production lines moving, minimizing downtime, and optimising performance. You’ll play a key role in rapidly responding to breakdowns and restoring equipment safely, conducting proactive and reactive maintenance on machinery, ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and supporting continuous improvement through smart solutions and teamwork
Ideal Candidate
You’re a problem-solver, calm under pressure, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You understand the critical importance of uptime and efficiency—and you take pride in keeping things running smoothly and safely.
- NVQ Level 3 (Electrical) or equivalent
- 17th or 18th Edition Qualification
- Ability to fault-find and repair production machinery
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry a bonus!)
- Knowledge of PLCs and SCADA systems desirable
- A hands-on, safety-first approach and a collaborative attitude
