Your role:
- Supporting site operations with high-quality engineering expertise.
- Performing planned preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns with efficiency and precision.
- Driving continuous improvement across all site assets.
- Taking part in performance reviews, line performance updates, and control meetings.
- Recording work using our computerised maintenance system
What they are Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong fault-finding skills with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs.
- Confidence using IT systems to log maintenance work.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, flexible mindset.
